By downloading, installing, or using Flash Reminders ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Flash Reminders is a reminder application that allows users to create, manage, and receive reminders through multiple delivery channels including push notifications, email, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscription and Payments

Flash Reminders offers both free and premium (Pro) features:

• Free features include unlimited reminders, push notifications, and email delivery
• Pro features include WhatsApp, Telegram, Teams, AI Project Breakdown, Calendar Sync, and Delegates
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited messages

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flash Reminders and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flash Reminders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email.
